We are seeking a Middle to Senior Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to join our
software development company. This role is pivotal in driving project success by analyzing business
processes, identifying improvements, and ensuring solutions meet strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
● Conduct comprehensive analysis of business needs across various departments including IT,
marketing, sales, and operations.
● Lead the development and review of complex business requirements documents, ensuring they
align with business objectives and strategic goals.
● Develop and propose business solutions that are innovative and feasible, evaluating risks and
potential impacts.
● Oversee the implementation of approved solutions, working closely with project managers and
technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
● Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates and review sessions, ensuring alignment
and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
● Analyze current practices and systems, recommending improvements and efficiencies using
data-driven insights.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the software or technology industry.
● Strong analytical skills, the ability to tackle problems systematically and provide practical solutions.
● Proficient in Business Analysis tools (e.g., MS Visio, Balsamiq) and techniques.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in
a dynamic team environment.
● Demonstrated leadership in managing projects and mentoring team members.
● Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are highly desirable.
● TOEICs / IELTs certificate
