Software Tester

● Working Location: Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay District, Hanoi

Responsibilities:
● Engage with product stakeholders (customers, product owners) to gather and translate
information into technical requirements for product testing.
● Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and prepare necessary test data.
● Perform test cases, document results, and generate insightful reports.
● Collaborate with various departments to resolve test issues and ensure product quality.
● Write user guides and FAQ documentation for end users.

Additional Responsibilities for Test Lead:
● Lead and mentor the testing team, providing guidance and support to junior/mid-level testers.
● Oversee the overall testing strategy, ensuring alignment with project goals & timelines.
● Implement and maintain testing best practices, processes, and standards.
● Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
● Identify and address any skill gaps within the testing team, recommending training or
development opportunities.

Requirements:
● Degree from HUST, PTIT, VNU, FPT, UTC, or equivalent.
● Strong understanding of product development processes and software testing stages.
● Experience levels: At least 1 year of full-time experience as a tester.
● Proficiency in testing tools such as JMeter, Selenium, TestComplete, etc.
● Good English reading and writing skills (≥ 500 TOEICs).
● Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn new skills.
● Software testing certification is a plus.
